All items are reserved for a period of 3 days. Should there be no reply from the customer, the order is automatically cancelled. Our policy is to be fair and helpful – therefore we also have 100% positive feedback from various US/European Ebay members. In case you are interested to offer us some collector´s items in Czech language in exchange for something else from our current offer we are always open to make a deal. What is worthless in your country may be of some interest here and vice versa.  

Currency exchange rate:

All prices are listed in CZK (1 EUR is approx. 25 CZK, 1 USD is approx. 18 CZK). You can always get the latest update on the official Czech National Bank website www.cnb.cz or Prague Exchange Office website www.exchange.cz

Shipping and packing:

The price of shipping and packing depends on the item weight and destination. We always try to offer the cheapest shipping rate possible. Our shop assistant, however, will always offer you 2 or 3 choices (economy, priority etc.) and you decide what is most suitable for you. Quality packing is usually free of charge unless specified otherwise during the order process. Shipping of a single book  (weight 650 gram, insured upto 20 EUR) is 10 EUR for Germany or 18 USD to the US.  

Bank details:

We accept EUR payment (Slovakian IBAN EUR bank account), PAYPAL (plus 5% fee) or / WESTERN UNION. Our bank details will be given to you during the order process.

Return policy / complaints:

Should this case ever happen we offer our customers a full return of their payment (excluding the price of shipping) under the condition that the item is shipped back to us in a well packed, undamaged condition and registered way. Buyer pays the shipping.

Privacy policy:

The Koko Shop has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Our site uses an order form for customers to request our items. The order form requests visitor's contact information (name, address, and email address). Contact information from the order form is only used to ship orders to customers. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. We provide our customers the following option for removing their information from our database and to not receive any future communications from our service.
